This would be to avoid it falling down and possibly causing financial damage or fatalities.

Work in this area would be mainly for tradespeople, such as builders, carpenters, plumbers etc. Whilst NVQs would be required to get into the industry, the only thing really required to generate planned maintenance work would be hard work and networking.
