Adzuna appoints Paul Lewis as Chief Marketing Officer

Our whole team is passionate about using the power of technology to match people to better, more fulfilling jobs and today that team has got a little stronger. We’re delighted to announce that Paul Lewis has joined us as Chief Marketing Officer.

Paul joins us to drive our business through its next phase of growth, representing the third executive Adzuna hire within six months as our leadership team goes from strength to strength. You can read more about Paul’s career path here.

Paul has over 20 years’ experience scaling some of the UK’s leading high growth digital businesses. He was most recently Interim CMO at, where he worked across a number of key brand and customer focused projects following the private equity backed acquisition by Great Hill Partners.

Prior to, Paul spent three years at challenger insurance brand Hometree, as well as over three years at VoucherCodes where he oversaw and owned the marketing strategy, driving year-on-year growth delivering against the omni-channel needs of both its merchant partners and UK consumers. His stellar career also includes household names such as MOO, Ancestry and Betfair, where he leveraged the full suite of brand, customer and online marketing channels to drive strategic growth, helping to rapidly scale and develop loved, trusted consumer brands.

Paul will lead our marketing team, driving efforts to help millions of job seekers into new roles as the world gets back to work after the global pandemic. Adzuna’s job matching technology is already used by tens of millions of job seekers every month and Paul will be responsible for growing this audience further across a diverse range of marketing channels, as well as supporting the existing team.
