In South America employees in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adzuna.com.br\">Brazil<\/a> and Peru are given these two extra days to put their feet up, while Madagascar and Guinea are just two African countries that also offer 30 days. Closer to home, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adzuna.fr\">France<\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adzuna.at\">Austria<\/a> also offer 6 weeks of holiday a year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the other end of the scale are the countries that don\u2019t guarantee any time off for employees. Sierra Leone, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adzuna.in\">India<\/a>, Pakistan and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adzuna.com\">USA<\/a> &#8211; yes, the USA &#8211; are a handful of the countries where employees don\u2019t have the automatic right to paid leave, so don&#8217;t assume you&#8217;ll have time for a week to cool off if job searching in these countries.
