This is up from just 583 job ads citing the perk five years ago in 2018.<\/p>\n

Our Adzuna data reveals that the jobs with salaries between \u00a320,000 and \u00a340,000 are most likely to offer this perk, suggesting employers are targeting this trend to attract Gen Z as they enter the workforce. Meanwhile the top sectors offering this perk include graduate jobs, alongside engineering, sales, and IT, with the perk frequently used to get ahead of the competition in talent shortage sectors.<\/p>\n

Companies that have joined the scheme include a local chippy, right up to big corporates and reflect a range of sectors from creative industries, to caregiving and education.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
