Kit is a seasoned leader with significant experience working in marketplace and recruitment businesses. He’s joining us to help drive Adzuna through its next phase of growth. You can read more about his career to date here<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n Kit was most recently UK Managing Director at Coople, one of Europe’s largest on-demand staffing platforms, where he re-focused the commercial strategy and helped to professionalise the sales and operations functions leading to rapid growth.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Prior to Coople, Kit spent 6 years at eBay working closely with its seller community in his role as Senior Director. His career also includes tenures as a start-up founder, a VC associate, and a consultant as well as a degree from Nottingham in Industrial Economics and an MBA from INSEAD.<\/span><\/p>\n Kit will lead Adzuna\u2019s commercial and marketing teams and will work on growing and scaling Adzuna, as we focus on helping millions of job seekers into new roles as the world gets back to work after the global pandemic.
