We’re delighted to share that Adzuna has officially acquired the assets of Joblift<\/strong>, the German job search platform.<\/span><\/p>\n

The acquisition marks our fourth acquisition in four years, following Getwork<\/a>, <\/span>Seiza<\/span><\/a>, and <\/span>Trovit and Mitula<\/span><\/a>, and strengthens our position as one of the world’s leading global job search platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n

Founded in 2015 and based in Berlin, Joblift built its reputation on aggregating listings from thousands of partner job boards, employers and staffing firms, and on strong local traffic partnerships, with a particular focus on blue and grey collar job search in Germany.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Germany, Joblift will continue to operate as a standalone brand – protecting the local expertise and traffic partnerships that built the business. It will now be backed by Adzuna’s tech platform and traffic reach<\/strong> – improving the service for employers and job seekers. In the UK, USA, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands and France, Joblift’s business will be combined fully into Adzuna, giving employers and job seekers there the same access to Adzuna’s platform and a wider pool of candidates.<\/span><\/p>\n

Combining the two businesses strengthens both. Joblift’s existing clients will be served by upgraded technology, and a combined set of traffic sources and channel partners that will strengthen the experience for Adzuna’s clients too. In Germany specifically, the acquisition brings a sales office in a key strategic market – a base from which to launch further products and services in Germany over time. The deal brings the experienced local Joblift sales and customer success teams into the wider Adzuna organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The acquisition exemplifies our ongoing commitment to help people find better, more fulfilling jobs, while strengthening our footprint in one of the world’s largest recruitment markets. For Joblift’s existing users, the acquisition brings continuity in Germany alongside a smarter job search experience through Adzuna’s AI tools. For employers, it brings a wider pool of candidates and stronger fill rates, including on roles that are traditionally hard to fill.<\/span><\/p>\n
