For all the tax accountants out there you will know that between January and April 15th we are up to our ears in work. A lot of my employees know that hours will get slightly longer and weekends(from home) will also have to get put in just to get through the workload.
Unfortunately I have 3 recent graduates that are not grasping the concept of GRAFT (millennials!). This quarter is far too busy for me to fire them and go through a whole hiring process.
Any suggestions on what I can do to make them take on their fair share of work and put the hours in?
