Careers at Adzuna

We're always looking for smart, ambitious, web-savvy people to join our crusade to build a brilliant product and company with a mission to help people find better, more fulfilling jobs. Our team of 50 or so is divided into 4 main areas: technology and product, marketing, sales and international. Our main office is in Fulham Broadway, West London, but we also have remote team members in Greece, Spain, Germany, Australia, South Africa and beyond.

Company culture

We’re successful but human - we work hard, move fast, and have an open, informal, diverse culture. We look for people who act like owners, want to improve the status quo, are data-driven, collaborate well in teams and don’t like office politics. We’re at a great size, where we have scale and momentum as a business, but also still small enough where everyone knows each other and we can move fast and innovate without the pain and politics of big companies! And we have a shared mission - to help people find better, more fulfilling jobs.

We make friends at work and have fun with our colleagues. Twice a year, we get the whole company together to discuss our plans for the road ahead, and make sure we have time to socialise and even party.

And, of course, we also raise money for charity. Over the past few years we’ve walked 100km from Henley to London, set a distance record for cycling a pedibus around London and cycled the distance from Land’s End to John O’Groats - raising over £22,000 for cancer charities in the process.
