There's lots to do and the pace of work is fast. Employees on management training can expect reasonable pay and conditions, but there's a very clear 'us' and 'them' divide between them and the operatives on the production line.
There are few viable opportunities for promotion at 2 Sisters. The rate of pay is poor and you have to put in a shedload of hours to make get a reasonable take-home pay packet. Management have a slave-driving mentality and think you can work till you drop.
Everyone has to have a go on the production line at some point in their careers.
Fair pay shouldn't be a benefit!
