“Stimulating working environment working with top notch people, too many contractors”

Colleagues were great, also the working environment was good You work with top notch people when you work for Adobe and this means that you always gain from their input and experience, and can learn a lot

Lots of contractors filling in all the time as the company has a strange policy of regularly getting rid of most of the key junior staff they took on the year before! This process of weeding out the lower level staff creates a structure with mostly managers. The acquiisition of Day Software was not an easy merger as all the processes and procedures tended to conflict with each other

“Big global brand”

It's a global brand, with outlets in many countries, so you've got plenty of options for growing your career. Interesting projects and superb products to develop and sell. Friendly co-workers who really know their stuff, reasonable pay and good selection of other benefits

Senior management are unclear about their vision for the company's future and they need to do more to take loyal employees along with them. Job security is all over the place, hiring one minute, firing the next. There's a big battle between two separate corporate cultures that's still going on after the last big merger.
