Reviews:

“Lots of open positions”

Pros: There is no need to worry about spending time with your kids or even your newborn as there is leniency when it comes to leave and family time. Because of the industry, there is always a lot of junior positions open for students and even graduates. All of the staff members are pleasant to work with.

Cons: Once again, because of the industry, there really isn’t all that much room to develop ones’ self. The insurance industry is pretty straight forward and the work becomes boring very quickly too. You can really only be in it for the long haul if you don’t mind doing the same thing day in and day out.

Unusual thing: It’s not really all that unusual that the staff turnover is very high.
