100% of employees recommend this company to their friends

Reviews:

“Toe the line and there are benifits.”

Relatively easy work with some monetary bonuses.

A bit humdrum.

The bloke in stores.

“High Flyers”

They have an awesome flexitime scheme, so you can fit your hours around your other commitments. There are loads of learning opportunities and an extensive graduate training programme. The career ladder is well-established and you'll get plenty of chances of promotion within the company. There are lots of engineering projects to get stuck into and a mentoring scheme for new recruits. The Salary is fairly competitive too.

It's a big company, so you're a small cog and your efforts can easily go unrecognised and unrewarded. It's not the most social of organisations, so if you're looking to make friends with colleagues, you may be out of luck.

The 35 hour week.

“Really busy, interesting, varied work, solid industry with flexi working hours”

35 hours a week flexible working and leaving at noon on Fridays always felt fantastic! Kept very busy during internship – amongst a large group of other interns, who were all very busy. Really wide experience as intern as involved with projects internally as well as externally to the public and also dealing with all the different suppliers as well, so learning on lots of different fronts of the business Testing and manufacturing was also part of the local operation where I was based – very interesting getting to know more about this side of the aerospace industry The graduate scheme opportunities look really juicy as well Office l ... 35 hours a week flexible working and leaving at noon on Fridays always felt fantastic! HR were not interested in the interns. Any form of induction or socials or formal feedback like appraisals were all down to the area that you were placed in. I was surprised that there was nothing formalised across the board for us. Compensation was not competitive

Leave the office at noon on Fridays! Yay!
