Pros: Those who are looking to get a head-start in the world of HR, might want to consider applying at Antal International. However…
Cons: There is no real training at the start of employment, which makes it extremely difficult to do one’s job. The turnover of staff at the company is therefore very high. People actually leave or get fired almost on a daily basis! There is no positive vibe from top management whatsoever, making for a very unpleasant working day, every day. Yet, hard work and extremely good results are expected right off the bat. Seriously, this is a terrible workplace.
Unusual thing: There is no communication line within Antal. No one is allowed to raise issues or even ask questions at times!
Am proud to be part or an organisation with such a global range of operation The quality of the training and development for opportunities for training in the industry is second to none Networking with the top management from companies with an international reach is the norm They trust you to take risks if there is the possibility of financial gain Thre is the possibility of good remuneration and kudos
All the pressure that comes with working at your peak without a let up Very few laughs and no time to relax Hitting sales targets and making the numbers is the main motivator on a day to day basis
We have a lot of freedom within the remit of our role
