100% of employees recommend this company to their friends

“Competitive company, solid business direction, good opportunities”

Overall this is a really great company to work for, particularly if you're at Head Office. Businesswise the company is really competitive and if you are a lucky enough to be able to evidence good performance and start progressing up the ladder there are loads of interesting opportunities to develop. The HR department keep on top of the development review process and it is really well structured.

The creaky old fashioned IT system Everything is changing all the time and it's hard coping with the lack of continuity

Eastleigh not interesting as a location

“Busy fun place to work”

I made lots of friends, but that may be just the nice people at the branch I worked at.

They never have enough staff on at a time so it was difficult to give the customers the care they wanted

It was handy for my home

“Great place to start your career”

Excellent pay, the people are amazing to work with, a lot of opportunities to grow and progress. A very productive and friendly work atmoshphere with colleagues who are willing to teach you the ropes. Good working hours and excellent career path.

Senior management lacking in drive and creativity. The market has reached saturation and there is no room left for growth anymore. This is not a good sign for employees in the company, and you can feel the uncertainty increasing in the work place.

Good place to start you career, as there are a lot of opportunities, and the people are very helpful.
