Working environment and atmosphere in my team was great, good vibe, with everyone ready to help you out. My immediate managers were able and knew what they were doing. Projects department was a good place to work and less restrictive than working in the customer service area. Team spirit was very good in my area – we all know our goals and are striving together to make sure we make them.
General peaks and troughs in work can be hard to manage - Sometimes the day to day work is really mundane and boring and you can lose interest quite quickly at those times - Other times there's too much pressure and too much to reach for and do and it's stressful. Your team can keep you going though.
