I enjoy the job satisfaction that comes from knowing that my work is appreciated by clinicians and clients themselves. Some of my colleagues are very dedicated to the cause of patient care and this is good to work alongside.
There isn't enough opportunity to develop your career path. The management team aren't always willing to accept responsibility and often don't reach their targets.
If the higher up management listened to the staff working on the ground more, the place would benefit hugely. The working culture isn't as professional as it could be.

BSUH is the regional teaching hospital working across two sites: the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton and the Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath.
