There's a lovely atmosphere in the workplace, people are all lovely and get along together. There are lots of opportunities to take initiatives and the work/life balance is good.
There isn't enough training and staff can be left feeling lost and not knowing what to do. It is not a job you can make up as you go along so more support and explanations would be a real bonus as it'd make everything run more smoothly. People can feel undervalued and that means they don't tend to stay for very long, so there's no continuity and mistakes are made.
They expect you to know how everything works from the beginning.
The workplace is great and very convenient, people are lovely and it is a pleasure to go to work. You get good benefits and the work hours are flexible so you can still lead the life you want. There are good career opportunities for the hard workers. The company has good ethics that you can relate to.
There's not much communication and progression can sometimes be hindered within the company as it all depends on which department you are in.
Lovely perks that make it even more worth your while. It is also nice to work in such a prestigious company.
