Good job induction procedures and training I really liked the fact that you can move about and change from one site location to another and there are lots to choose from. It gives variety and you can meet different people. So many different types of people from all types of background work at Carluccios and that makes for an interesting working environment
Not much recognition for the work done Appraisals aren't very regular and senior managers don't know what you do and if you do it well Salaries aren't reviewed often enough and the pay isn't the best After the initial induction training really slacks off
An operations manager walking the floor!
The best things about carluccio's center around the excellent, hands on training process that beats what any of its rivals can offer, the excellent experience you have on working in a friendly internation environment, and the number of opportunities that come your way and allow you to move up fairly quickly, and make a name for yourself in the industry.
The management team is quite bad, and is unqualified to handle real people, they are far more comfortable with excel sheets. The salary is quite bad, just about minimum wage, but then again thats how the industry works when you just get in. But what hurts is that there are no raises even if you dramatically set youreslf apart form your peers.
Pay structure too rigid, takes the idea of stability too far.
Fair pay shouldn't be a benefit!
