Reviews:

“Great training, great opportunities”

Great, flexible and friendly work atmosphere. Very welcoming and encouraging. Employees very friendly to customers, and always on hand to offer advice and consultation. Good daily interactions. The training opportunities are tremendous. The job can also come with a feel good factor for helping out the public.

Organisation employs a lot of unpaid volunteers, general morale can be boosted by paying them. The customers sometimes are very stressed and worked up and not fun to deal with.

Simple organisation that puts its customers first.q
