“Generally a good company”

There is a good work environment and it is a pleasure to be part of such a good team. The workplace is very multicultural and you get to learn loads of new things. Management are flexible and understanding and treat their staff with fairness. Benefits are good and they make working there a pleasant experience.

You can sometimes feel undervalued and the job is not always as rewarding as you would like it to be. However, it is just a question of remaining motivated and remembering that it will be better. The benefits really help with that and carrying on doesn't get that hard.

Working with people from all over the world

“Frustrating and depressing”

You get to work with loads of people from different origines and with different life stories which makes it interesting. There are a few perks that are nice (food, events...).

This company is a sweat factory. You are completely undervalued and no-one listen to what you have to say, what you would like or what you think. There are lots of politics going on and this is never a good thing in a company where managers should be appointed depending on their skills instead of who they are friends with. There is little or no training and the work conditions are bad. There is no reward as far as the salary or the benefits package are concerned and no incentive to make you like your job as they constantly put under a lot of pressure.

You will be made to feel like you are a disposable robot

Many interesting people to meet and free lunches at times.

There is no gratitude or even respect from managers towards the employees. They are not happy when work is done well and they are not happy when work is done poorly. There is no pleasing them at all, ever. They even make sure to pitch up at your house when you take sick leave just to make sure that you’re not lying. The biggest problem here is that most of the employees can do the managers’ jobs much better than they will ever be able to and the managers are very well aware of that and threatened by that.

Employees are quite vocal about the fact that they are only working here because of a lack of other job opportunities.

Starting to work there

They are hiring managers who would not even be good enough as doorkeepers. Completely incompetent people, who treat their employees and nothing. You really feel like a slave, you are blamed for everything, never recognized for anything. They keep telling you their brilliant development opportunities, but actually the only thing you can develop there is your job seeking skills.

Management is awful and very unorganized. You can work your way up to promotion just to ge let go for absolutely no reason or because of "scores" that you never received.
