“School like atmosphere, bad workplace”

The pay is good, with a good flexibility in terms of moving to other campaigns, and trying out different things. The cafeteria is great, and a good place to socialise.

Unfortunately, the cafeteria is the only place to socialise, with a highly restrictive environment that is constantly monitoring your actions and movements, including bathroom breaks! This ofcourse contributes to a team of disgruntled employees, working in a highly stressful call center like environment. The often abusive calls coming in from customers does not help matters either. Generally, a very stressful, dissatisfactory environment.
