Nothing spectacular about Dixons, but it ticks some very important marks -They pay well and on time. The people are nice, and you get a lot of discounts.
There is no room for growth. Being an online retailer, work is boring and mechanical, with no real interactions. This can start to get on your nerves. The management is not supportive most times, they are highly process oriented. Employees get lost in the focus on processes.
