“A really bad company to work for”
At best, the company can be used by people who run out of other options in the current job market, to beef up their resume, and help them move onto to a next, hopefully more rewarding and real job, and a better pay.
You sell your soul working here. A very dishonest company, with no morals, and even the best of the fresh batch of employees quickly gets sucked into the culture. Very unprofessional, immoral and depressing to work with.
No standards or morals.
“Great first job”
My team - a great bunch of people from different backgrounds. We get each other through the days
Saturday/Sunday shifts - you don't have to do them that often but I'd prefer to not do them at all
You get massages at your desk if you pay a fiver
“I loved it”
Progression. I started as a Contact Centre Agent before moving up to Team Leader, which I did for another year before moving on to my new company
The building needed some love - a lick of paint would have gone a long way
Having to pay 5p for a cup of coffee. Make them free!
