Work with some great colleagues – good team atmosphere The shifts are fairly flexible It's such a large chain that there's always an outlet near you so you can work locally Unskilled labour so it's a great place to get your first job Paid holidays!
Don't get enough breaks, sometimes don't get any! Rotas really need to be structured and managed properly – particularly with regard to everyone getting proper breaks Some of the shifts are at awkwards times Staff aren't developed, line managers more or less on autopilot getting the basics of their job done so not looking to bring people on Career progression needs to be at least a possiblity – some sort of career path would help with this Looks like the drivers have a better number, the same - maybe more - money for less hassle which is annoying
Free pizza when working! Yum, but watch that waistline!
Good people, always, regardless of location. Very friendly and casual atmosphere. The work is quite easy and not strenuous or challenging. There is no training necessary and its quite easy for you to get up to speed with operatins and get involved with the rest of the team.
When there are no sales, it gets very boring. The pay is minimum wage, but that is to be expected. There is absolutely no such thing as progression. Management gets annoying once in a while.
Nothing unusual. Its the usual minimum wage gig.
Fair pay shouldn't be a benefit!
