DWF is a newcomer, and one of the best new employers in the market today. The company is growing rapidly and favours filling the slots with internal hires. This means a dedicated person willing to take opportunities and prove themselves will have a lot to look forward to in DWF. The company recognises and encourages this, as they support and hire very ambitious people. Work life balance is excellent even though theyre a new company.
A lot of systems and infrastructure within the company need work, but that is to be expected I guess. Another thing they havent payed much attention too is the employees need to participate in various company events. For instance, their community and charity events are a high priority for the management, but employees get to hear about it only after its done. Most local employees are more than willing to be assoicated with these events, and infact many would see it as a way to improve their standing and reputation within the community.
