“A 5 star workplace”

Dyson is a brilliant company. Really caring and passionate when it comes to employee learning and development. Fantastic training. I've never felt so part of such a brilliant operations team. I've been here 3 years and i am sure i will be around for another 3 at least. This job is seldom boring.

Politics at the top. Upper management sometimes hard to connect with.

Amazing products, great passion and you learn something interesting every day.

“Such a strong design, brand and position in market just wish the opportunities to progress were as good”

Good perks – restaurant food is good value and tasty and we have free parking which is a great! Company is upheld by the strong design team and creative engineers The team that works on how the product is represented in the media is also good

There are hardly any opportunities to progress Management are unsupportive and actually have a tendency to close ranks against creativity from employees – like they don't want you to succeed Senior managers seem insecure and are entrenched in their ways - not open to new ideas

I guess not everybody works in an aircraft hanger!

Dyson is about solving the everyday problems that others ignore: vacuum cleaners that clog and lose suction, hand dryers that are energy hungry and don't work, and fans that chop the air. James Dyson founded the company from a coach house in Bath, UK. Today, Dyson machines are sold in over 60 countries and our vacuum cleaners lead the market in the UK, Europe, Japan and the USA.
