Brilliant teamwork and supportive colleagues is one of the great things about working here Management training track supports the internal development of staff to become branch and assistant managers, this provides many good development and progression opportunities Possible to go quickly up the ladder if the right opportuniites fall your way Staff discount is also welcome Really good holidays The pension scheme is bolstered up by annual contributions from profit shares
In my role I can regularly end up working 12 hour days – long hours are really draining after a while. Also I end up working a lot of weekends. Tight staffing levels mean that you are always under pressure and feeling stretched. The training offered is not always local and you have to just soak up the extra time and cost to get wherever as they won't help with this When you add up the number of hours really involved with the job and the inconvenience the salary starts looking pretty dismal. Top management out of touch with staff
They only recruit and promote from internal candidates so great career progression possible.
