A great learning environment for young marketers. Experian (and specifically the Credit Expert) are the kings of user acquisition and internet marketing. If you're a young graduate (as i was) looking for a solid grounding in the digital world, this is the place to work.
Experian has 17,000+ employees, so this is not an nimble startup. Expect politics, bureaucracy and red tape.
$4.7bn in annual revenue. That's alot of cash for a few credit reports!
I really believe in the value of the products themselves The people I work with are also talented and know what they're doing Individuals on the street are really becoming more and more switched on to what's in their personal credit files and that means we're operating in a strengthening market We're still the top credit bureau even if only by a small margin
UK management understands credit referencing for the UK better than the North American management they are bringing in. The increasing influence from the US is actually weakening the UK business The future facing strategy is weak and shakey and naive in its reliance on their clients not to defect to other bodies. Some more proactive marketing and creativity for a positive strategy to move forward is needed not just doing the same old data clean ups and rental services.
The company should be leaders not followers of fashion!
Fair pay shouldn't be a benefit!
