The targets are set so high that it's really hard to achieve them and this means that everyone is too competitive with each other, fighting with each other to get the clients and to hit the targets and get the commission.
The cross-over of roles is unhelpful with everyone selling you can miss out if you so much as blink!

This company is going to get sued or shut down very soon, they function like the mafia.
