The quality of the people you work with and how they push to improve. Also, the pay cheque was pretty, pretty, pretty good.
The overly uptight working environment, the politics, and the insane (and, pointless) hours you're expected to work

The company has a wonderful reputation. The colleagues I met here were very smart and highly professional and I enjoyed working with them. The company is motivated by success and this is a good place to get to know people who have a lot of experience in the industry. It's a fantastic place to work if you are a self motivated individual with ambition.
There aren't many benefits to mention. I worked long hours here and found there was a lot of protocol surrounding certain procedures. Training can be hindered by the long hours and the amount of work you actually have to get through. It's more of a place for 'doing' rather than learning.
I think this company may struggle when people aren't so worried about salary and prestige and they go elsewhere.
Brilliant brand name and an incredibly success driven culture. Excellent exposure to industry heavyweights. People, on the whole, are smart and hungry to win.
No too many benefits and fairly average pay if you're on the admin side (plenty of fat cats making serious £ though!) Lots of red tape - sign-off meetings, compliance, process documents etc.
What a money spinner it is.
Fair pay shouldn't be a benefit!
