“Here you feel part of the bigger picture”

Pros: This is a great place to work if you want to make a lot of friends and feel like you’re a part of something. The overall support from management is great. There is something new to do on a daily basis ensuring that no aspect of the job gets boring

Cons: The starting salary is a bit of a downer and the annual bonus isn’t anything to write home about either. It is also the norm for those who work extended hours to grow faster and go further in the company than those who stick to the normal office hours.

Unusual thing: Grant Thornton is very lenient when it comes to working from home and taking leave, which is unusual for an accounting firm.

“Great place to work, good working conditions and benefits”

Well-known and respected company – looks good on the CV Working there really set me up in my career and gave me a great platform to apply for higher positions in other companies Office environment is good Staff benefits include generous contribution to pension between 3-8% Everybody also gets private healthcare cover as well Co-workers were great – very positive – haven't met a better lot of people anywhere since Staff in general felt good about working there

Pay was not competitive A company restructure coralled my role into a dead end and I began to find the work very dull – none of the cases I was dealing with stretched me

Great staff benefits
