Some of the company policies are very unpopular with customers – and when in-store you have no power to bend the rules at all to fit the situation – and some customers become really enraged – this is where improvements are badly needed Staff in the stores are not really able to stick to the company values because of the pressure of customers Every avenue to progress up the ladder has lots of other internal staff going for it – makes us competitive with each other in a bad way Some of the promotions in store are not done in the best way
