“Not many promotion opportunities, but relaxed working environment”

Relaxed working environment on the whole and a real change of tempo and pace and vitality when all the students arrive. We can boast a gloal presence with not only students but staff coming from all over the world.

Seasonal peaks and troughs of work can be hard to manage – especially the peak times! People don't leave so there are no jobs coming up to aspire to – you would have to leave to get higher up unfortunately The process for communication is not foolproof and tends to get held up along the way – needs sorting

Great to have the energy and influx of the students when term starts.

“One of the better higher education job employers in the country”

A very relaxed and laid back work atmosphere, with great people - this includes both the staff and the students, all of whom are amiable, and intelligent. An extremely diverse and international enviroment and this adds to the the positive atmosphere even more, with a constant exchange of ideas and interesting conversations, and activity.

A lot of work pressure that can suddenly build up during the busy times of the year. There is almost no chance of a promotion, youre stuck where you enter, until you leave for greener pastures. Communication channels need work.

Very diverse and international atmosphere.
