Good flexibiliy when scheduling working patterns. Process is oriented round the teams Great working environment nice office with all mod cons and superb location You have good opportunities to move sideways into other parts of the operation
No room to move upwards – you might just get into middle management but nowhere really to progress after that, no opportunities and a closed door to career progression from there upwards The analysis work is over-complicated for no good reason Paper is being wasted Salary needs to be reviewed – it is too low Not enough projects and roles which could be done from home
Can more easily sideways but not upwards!
Good pay, great benefits. Invesco has created a very good working environment that places a lot of value on the individual employee, and seeks to maintain a high quality workforce. This has paid off, as the team is great to work with, very knowledgable, and helpful. Its a great learning opportunity. Work life balance is very good at Invesco. The company has an established reputation and comes off well on your CV. Career progression opportunities are great.
The pace of work can be a little slow at times. The internal processes and support systems are not the best, and are saved solely by their intelligent hiring practices.
Good hiring and HR policies.
Fair pay shouldn't be a benefit!
