Pros: Naturally the brand itself is one of the most well-known and iconic around the world. The cars on offer is top notch and the employees of the company are generally very happy to associate themselves with this company. Interns are welcomed with open arms and the work is very exciting as well.
Cons: Sometimes, as it goes with car companies, there is a lot of work and other times there are just no work. Managers are often not equipped to deal with slow working periods. There is a lack of communication at top levels which is felt amongst junior staff when it comes to making targets etc.
