Colleagues are a great bunch of people. We all get on and have a laugh. Busy and feels like it's thriving and growing. Generally a pretty good vibe at work. Also because we are working in an industry where there is lots of movement and people going on holiday that gives it a sense of dynamism. Over the last few years the company has been doing well and has been expanding You can learn and experience a lot working here.

The staff discounts are laughably small and it's rare that you can actually book on a flight or get a holiday through the company that actually really does exactly what you want it to – you're always having to work round what's available. The staff package generally is pretty dismal, hardly any holiday allowance to begin with. There is a lack of organisation as well, which means that sometimes you have to pedal very hard to get not very far. Managers need to make sure they stay in with the right people as there seems to be a fast turnover for anyone who has lost popularity!

The nature of the companies operations and business make the workplace a great place to work, as its always buzzing and active, and there is never a dull moment. There isnt much workplace pressure either, leading to a good atmosphere in the office. The people are great, and overall its a great place to grow, work and get some experience.

Benefits and pay are quite bad, HR policies are outrageous, turning what starts off as a casual workplace into a disorganised mess with people getting stressed over time due to the company not offering enough benefits, leaves, and support to the employees.

There’s so much negativity from the management team with this job. No matter what positive things you do, they only pick up the on the negative stuff you do.
