They look after you and provide you with a friendly and fun environment so that you are happy to go to work when your shift is about to start. Everyone gets along very well and don't take themselves seriously (although they are all very serious about their jobs and do them very well). The company has kept the same values as at the beginning.
Like with all big compnaies that started very small, they have to sort out problems that might make you feel a bit lost. No staff discounts which is really strange and should remedied to.
Just a big load of fun
It is a very fun environment where everyone is happy and takes pleasure in doing what they have to. The company has kept the same culture that made it a success and now stick to it. You can take initiatives and be rewarded for them so that you feel valued. There's communication between all the layers of the company and a transparency that is very important.
The benefits are not as good as in some other companies but the good atmosphere makes up for it. There's not much to complain about, especially as they are very understanding.
They really look after their staff.
You don't get bothered by red tape as there's pretty much none, the job is fun and people are mostly nice.
Management has made really bad decisions and that has had grave consequences over the whole business. There should be policies and rules in order to allow the business to grow more and remain as successful as it has been so far. People also leave because of the politics going on within the company and the lack of rewards when you do a good job. There are no opportunities for progression and staff (especially managers) should be properly trained.
No recognition for achievements
