“Strong community, weaker training”

You'll get to meet and mix with people from all over the world and wide variety of backgrounds. Kaplan has a strong community feel and you'll feel very involved with your fellow workers.

Training is often not as good as it should be, and sometimes fails to live up to Kaplan's educational mission statement.

Kaplan has got global reach. So there are plenty of opportunities to work overseas.

“Multicultural and hard-working staff”

Big team of professionals from many backgrounds, all work very hard to fulfil Kaplan's mission. Some of the best and most stimulating people I've ever worked with. Students are stimulating and interesting to work alongside. Timetabling can be flexible, but you really have to put in the hours to make it pay. Opportunities around the world if you can take the pace with Kaplan.

Very long hours with little regard for the demands of home life. High turnover of staff as a result. Kaplan do next to nothing to retain staff and seem to think dispensing with talented people is a meaure of the company's strength. Pay could be considerably improved, given the amount of effort the workers put in. Leadership is poor, and there's not much respect for the skills of their teachers.
