Reviews:

“Great place to learn”

Working with amazing brands, learning from marketing experts, gaining responsibility quickly if you work well.

Working long hours, managers are not always very easy to work with. Dealing with office politics.

Getting free products.

“Class rankings are disappointing, but otherwise an awesome company.”

Pros: This is for the girls out there! The most awesome thing when it comes to working for L’Oreal is definitely the staff discount. Then there is also the fact that your input on new projects and products will score you major brownie points with management. Working here will definitely open some big doors in further career development at other companies as well.

Cons: Sometimes there is a huge communication gap between the people doing all the work and the people who are in charge. Definite class rankings exist, which is disappointing as it makes you feel that you are back in the Titanic era with distinctions between 1st and 3rd class.

Unusual thing: Internal career development is almost a given at L’Oreal.
