100% of employees recommend this company to their friends

“A tiresome role”

The job itself is not difficult. This can vary depending on the location and the quality of the colleagues you work alongside, but I found it quite easy. I enjoyed the flexibility of the working hours. I have made long term friends in this job, both colleagues and the customers I have met along the way.

The pay could really be improved. The job satisfaction is quite low. The job itself doesn't feel very secure. There should be more emphasis on health and safety of the staff, it was not uncommon to see one member of staff working alone with no support. The targets set by management are not realistic as the management are not familiar with the actual practise of working on the shop floor.

If only they paid their staff better the company would see huge improvements.

“A pretty fun job, varied workdays, pay is poor though”

“Decent pay minimal career progression”

No career progression, rude customers, rules in favour of customers, dont care about the staff
