It's a fun and happy place to work, with lots of switched-on, creative people. LEGO is a hugely loved brand and people always smile when you tell them that's who you work for. They are very flexible and accommodating about working hours and out-of-work commitments and there's a very good relationship between senior managers and the rest of the workforce.
The salary is not great and there's no clear career progression within the company. A lot of the work is target-driven and there is a 'target culture' at LEGO, which can make things very stressful at times.
They let you play with the LEGO!
