“Mixed Experience”

The workplace is largely filled with a lively bunch of people, often young, energetic, sociable and fun loving. The career growth inside the company is very good, and one of the major reasons to stick around with them. The company itself is highly reputed and a great boost to your resume.

The working hours can often get extended beyond reasonable limits, with no overtime pay. Even otherwise, things tend to get very busy, and tight, and this causes a little bit of workplace stress. Further, at times the company can feel a little short staffed.

Nothing out of the ordinary.

“Good level of staff training”

Youngish crowd of co-workers, cheerful and hard-working. Calm, friendly working environment with supportive line managers. Provide a good level of staff training. Flexible shift-working available.

Sometimes stressful, when there's not enough cover. Pressure from higher up to toe the line and not to complain if things go wrong. Welfare of staff is a low priority. Pay is not great and they're keen on unpaid overtime.

Quarterly awards scheme for high achievers.
