Good direct in-store management over me, earned my respect especially as they were all happy to get stuck in themselves and walk the talk Felt valued by them not just a number Starting from zero I learned an awful lot about the fashion retail industry in a very short time Working pace is full on, never a stop or down time moment to regroup, you have to just keep up and this helps build stamina and there's always something to do and get involved with
It's not for the faint-hearted, you have to be prepared to toughen up if you're not used to that pace of work Understaffed really for the amount of work that needs doing. I think management in particular suffer by this, not really having the time needed to oversee and take proper control of issues etc Long hours, difficult shift patterns, weekend working, early starts, late finishes etc Not enough investment in career development Clientele sometimes can be shocking
In-store managers prepared to roll up their sleeves and work alongside you when it's really busy
The company really pushes you to acheive your potential, the staff in general is highly motivated and really believes in the company and the workplace therefore is a very positive place with a lot of energy and support from staff and management if youre doing good work. The training on offer is quite good too. Great brand to enter fashion retail with.
The company can often seeem understaffed and workloads can start to get on your nerves, especially if you work the night shifts. Environment can be tough, some customers are not the most pleasureable to work with and can ruin your day.
Staff highly motivated about the brand
