The pay and benefits are alright. The college also has free parking, and a good list of holidays, which make good opportunities for some very necessary breaks.
Staff morale is horendous, there is constant firing and reshuffling. Lots of policitcs between departments, ridiculously short times for lunch. The students dont care about the tuition. Managemen is unsupportive. There is very little to like about Milton Keynes College.
