“Attracts great young talented staff”

Pros: This company attracts a lot of bright young people, which makes its outlook for the future very promising in terms of growth and also stability. The company tries to maintain a relaxed atmosphere in all of its offices and the annual holiday functions are top notch.

Cons: Unfortunately, the managers are not all that interested in retaining the best staff or offering them opportunities to build their careers. This is mainly because they are so settled in their positions that they refuse to budge. This is very de-motivating to those who want to expand their working lives . The salary on offer for entry-level staff is below market offers.

Unusual thing: A lot of overtime is worked, but very little pay earned for it.

“Good opportunities in account and audit”

The work environment is exciting, stimulating, friendly and supportive. Its a pleasure to work here especially on the days when the work can feel a little dry. The people are great and there are lot of opportunities on offer for professional growth - a lot of projects where you can gain experience in fields or industies outside what youre currently focused on.

There is a lack of career progression opportunities, the company is almost set up to incentivise you to milk them and leave quickly. The salaries are not too great either.

Lack of career progression holds it back from being a highly coveted employer.
