The pay is good, and even in this economy the company makes it a point to pay well and on time. I have friends whos paychecks have bounced in other companies.
The managements lacks interpersonal skills. The few who possess them see no reason to use them, this leads to a highly unproductive and stressful work environment. Hiring practices and guidelines are really bad, bordering on unethical and unfair. Even though the company is really big in the transportation industry, there is often a lack of professionalism, and an attitude you'd expect from a small retail store owner.
Bad interpersonal skills and attitude of management
“Good relaxed working environment, okay job”
Relaxed working environment. You are expected to get your work done but you are not micro-managed doing it which makes it much easier to get on and get it all done
However junior managers are still around and accessible

It would be unusual to see a senior manager – ever!
