The actual clubs and health centres have the best facilities and this means you are working in really premium places and conditions. It's a great working atmosphere. There are a lot of real development opportunities and possibilities to migrate to other areas of the business and it's very diverse, not just a straightforward leisure industry. Good people. Good customer service.
The salary is low for what you do, it's not even competitive for the industry. Always working to relentless deadlines gets too much Lack of staff for the amount of work
It's a very nice working environment!
The company is very much geared towards getting the best out of you, both for your sake and for theirs. To that regard they're a very people first company. They provide ample opportunities for you to develop yourself. There is freedom of movement within the various departments of the hospital. The facilities are great, and the people are even better.
The pay is not good enough, they can do much better. You really lose motivation after your initial stint here, especially since they run a very high stress workplace, with never ending deadlines, most people just get used to the fact that they are never going to meet their deadlines. Everyone has far too much on his plate. A lot of healthcare companies work this way, but they also pay better.
Excellent gym and health center!
Fair pay shouldn't be a benefit!
