“A good working environment, but a dead end role with little room for progression”

I am working the sales area as a sales assistant. I have met some fantastic colleagues who are really fun and consequently the working culture is a happy environment to be in. I enjoy the atmosphere and the people I work with make the job a lot better. The pay is okay and the work/life balance relatively good.

There is nowhere to progress your career here. The learning opportunities are slim and I can't see any way I can develop skills and push my career further. This feels like a dead end role.

Good fun working environment to be in, surrounded by fun people
