“Really supportive and friendly”

the best thing was the constant guidance and training. I always felt like there were many people in the workplace to help me and were on call to help at all times. The staff are also really friendly

“Great teams of people, varied and generally interesting job”

The unit I worked in was comprised of co-workers with various wide-ranging skillsets and background knowledge and work histories which brought a lot to the table. Not only did I find it interesting and like working with them, but the combined pool of their expertise ensured that we had every skill we needed to cope with the actual work. Senior management look favourably on staff who use their own initiative to get the work done Positive encouragement to network with other team units

The downside was sometimes having to head up a team whilst working in the field without having a definite office to work from. At times this could make you feel unsupported and a bit lost.

Great variety of staff bringing a wealth of experience with them
