Some lovely co-workers. Part-time working and opportunity to have flexible hours. Some stylish products.
A depressing place to work, with a dismal company culture. Dull, repetitive tasks and constant churn of staff, as no-one wants to stay long. Under-staffing means you're constantly overworked and chasing unattainable sales targets. Very little in the way of staff training and only a token gesture of a promotion or career progression plan. You're expected to say 'key phrases' to shoppers and there are mystery shoppers who snoop to see that you do. Ludicrous.
